Volunteer Agreement

For the 2024 season, please note that if any family incurs three (3) no-shows on shifts for which they signed-up, the volunteer deposit will be forfeited. Cancelling within 48 hours of a game is counted as a no-show. If you need to cancel within 48 hours, it is your responsibility to find a replacement. No refund of volunteer deposit if parent or guardian decides to remove child from program after cancelation deadline
