Welcome to the 2025 Season! We are thrilled to kick of this year with both new and returning faces!
We have some important dates and information to share with you and your player(s). If your player is not yet registered for the 2025 season, please make sure to do so as soon as possible.
**Mandatory Fundraiser**
This year, everyone is required to complete our mandatory program fundraiser. Each participant must sell a minimum of 15 raffle tickets. If you decide not to sell the tickets, you can opt out by paying a buyout cost of $350.

** Medical Clearance**
A current sports physical is required and must be on file with us, dated after April 1, 2025. You can take your child to their primary care doctor or an urgent care facility. All physicals are due no later than July 8, 2025, by 5PM. for your child to step onto the field. You or the doctor can email the clearance form directly to us @ pjhfootballandcheer@gmail.com
** July 8th - July 11th - ALL Documents Due
- Accounts Paid in Full (including payment plans)
- Outstanding Medical Clearances, School Enrollments, Waivers Etc.
- Volunteer Deposits
** July 8th - Football & Cheer Conditioning Begin - 6:00-8:00pm - 3770 Regional Park (soccer field)
Each player is required to complete a minimum of 10 hours of conditioning before putting on any equipment. Please arrive around 5:20 PM for daily check-in. It's crucial for each player to have a mark on their hand and be checked in every day. Additionally, all required documents and accounts must be paid in full before stepping onto the field. This includes the volunteer deposit, which can be paid by cash, card, or check. Please note that we do not cash checks unless the hours are not completed.
Football Players - Wear comfortable shorts (no jeans), a t-shirt, and tennis shoes (cleats are recommended to break in before practice). - Bring WATER (minimum 64 ounces). - No mouthpieces during conditioning. - If you need cleats, we have some donated, gently used pairs available.
Cheerleaders - Wear comfortable shorts (no jeans) and the required 2025 practice shirt (available for purchase if you don't have one). - Tennis shoes are a must, and please bring WATER (minimum 64 ounces). - Make sure your hair is up in a high pony and out of your face.
** July 12th - Football & Cheer Equipment Handout - Time Varies - 471 Maidu Dr. (upstairs)
All players and parents are required to attend the equipment handout clinic in order to get your players equipment properly fitted. You will receive assigned group times the first week of July. To help manage the flow of fittings, please only come during your assigned time. If there is an emergency and you are unable to bring your child to get fitted, please reach out to Mina, at 530-269-9957. Parents are not allowed to go into the equipment room due to space limitations. Please wait in the hall until you are called to sign for your players equipment. This will help maintain order and ensure a smooth flow during the handout clinic.
** July 14 - Official Football & Cheer Practice Begins - 6:00-8:00 - 3770 Regional Park (soccer field)
The first day of practice can be hectic, so please ensure your player comes prepared!
Please make sure your football player brings there bag and ALL equipment we provided at equipment handout. We will slowly start incorporating the equipment during practice this week. They should have cleats and a mouth piece in addition to their equipment.
Football Players - Wear practice pants provided, your practice jersey, cleats, mouth piece and bring WATER (minimum 64 ounces). If you need cleats, we have some used, donated pairs available.
Cheerleaders - Wear comfortable shorts (no jeans), 2025 practice shirt required (if you don't have one we will have some for purchase), tennis shoes, WATER (minimum 64 ounces), hair up in a high pony and out of face.
We will practice 4-5 days a week starting TBD and will cut down to 3-4 days a week after TBD.
** Date TBD - SYF Jamboree - Time TBD - Location TBD
This weekend, we will participate in the annual SYF jamboree! While we have not yet received the specific day for our participation, we will send out details to all families as soon as they are available.
For this game- Football player's wear their full practice uniform including pads and cheer will all need to be in matching practice uniforms, unless we have official cheer uniforms ready by this date.
** Date TBD - First Official Game of Season - Time Varies - Location TBD
This will be our first official game of the season. Coaches will give each team/squad there arrival game times.
The following times are actual game times:
8U players: 10AM - 12PM, 10U players: 12PM - 2 PM, 12U players: 2PM - 4PM & 14U players: 4PM - 6PM.
All parents, family members, and friends are required to pay the gate entry fee unless you are a badged coach, instructor, or board member.
