The cost is $225 registration plus an additional $50 uniform
deposit. The deposit check will be cashed.
When the uniform has been turned in at the end of the season, a refund check will be handed out. Please make checks payable to PJH. You do
not have to write out 2 separate checks.

The cost is $150
registration plus an additional $50 uniform deposit. The deposit check

BIRTH CERTIFICATES
If your child
participated and was certified at Jamboree last season, you do not need to turn in a birth certificate. If your child did not participate last year then you must turn in a copy of
his/her birth certificate. We do not accept abstract birth certificates.
Only a copy of the original birth certificate will be accepted.
Physicals
Medical Clearance
All participants
must have signed authorization from a Doctor to participate in Football or Cheerleading.
We will be having a medical clinic for medical clearance before the season starts. So, that can be an option for
getting the clearance needed. Acceptable forms of Medical Authorization are any of the following:
1. Completion of the Medical Clearance Examination form
2. A signed note from your doctor on his/her prescription pad or office
stationary.
3. A
copy of a completed physical form supplied by your doctor. Dated April 15th or later.
4. A copy of the completed physical form from the PJH medical
clinic.
TRY-OUTS/CUTS
Try-outs/Cuts will be avoided if at all possible. Our main goal is to have as many kids involved in this
program as possible. However, we are only allowed to carry 35 football players per squad and 20 cheerleaders per squad (plus
mascots).
TEAM PLACEMENT
Placement
of football players will be determined by age and weight. If necessary to ensure maximum participation, final determination of team placement will be made by the Placer Jr. Hillmen Board.
There are no weight requirements for cheerleaders.
MULTIPLE PLAYER/FAMILY DISCOUNTS EXAMPLE:
25% off the second and subsequent children in a family, with the discount to come from the lower of the
two or more fees if applicable. Example: One football player at $225, his/her sibling, a cheerleader, would receive a 25%
discount from $150 to $112.50. Another example: Two football players, the first at $225 and the second at $168.75.
PARENT VOLUNTEERING
Every family is required to volunteer 10 hours of time, no exceptions. Please check out the Parent Volunteer
